We’re holding a Working Bee at the Scout Hall on Sunday, September 14 from 10am to 1pm, and we’d love your help to give the place a tidy-up and refresh!
There will be a thank you sausage sizzle at 1pm to reward everyone’s hard work — please RSVP for catering purposes.
We’ll be tackling a variety of jobs including:
Whipper snipping – if you'd like to help with this, please bring your own whipper snipper.
Pressure cleaning – we’ll be gurneying the outside walls; bring your own gurney if you have one.
General gardening – weeding, raking, trimming, and clearing garden beds.
Cleaning windows and cobwebs – inside and outside the hall - please bring your own cob web remover
Minor maintenance tasks – small repairs, put back up cages for air conditioners, etc
Clearing and organising inside the hall – sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and decluttering storage areas.
Any help is greatly appreciated, so please bring your tools of choice – whether you can stay for an hour or the whole morning.
