Activity Overview

• Completing a 7km hike from the Never Never Picnic area in Dorrigo and following the Rosewood Creek track and visisting 2 x waterfalls - Coachwood Falls & Casaurina Falls.
• Meet 9am at The Never Never Picnic Area in Dorrigo. Pick up at 3:30pm

Preparation

• Participants need to have some hike fitness as the hike will take us down the escarpment. All Scouts will need to stick together through the hike.

Clothing & Equipment

• Appropriate clothing for Hiking in the Bush in Dorrigo in Winter. Shirt, long pants, Jumper, good hiking boots, good socks & Hat
• Scouts will also need a day pack with the following;
  • Water bottle
  • Lunch
  • Food for morning tea and aftenoon tea
  • Personal first aid kit with own meds if required
  • insect repellant
  • Sunscreen

Travel Arrangements

• Own transport to get to the drop off point
